About me

“Between stimulus and response lies a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response. In our reaction lies our development and our freedom.”

(Viktor Frankl, 1905-1997, neurologist & psychiatrist, founder of logotherapy and existential analysis).

What sets me apart from others:

Scientific principles are important to me. My psychological background makes people’s thoughts and actions understandable. I know the challenges of the VUCA world and yours as a leader or employee in such a system. “Change” is not just an English word to me, it’s a process. My interventions and tools are proven and I know how to use them. I take you seriously and do not let go. We work at eye level. I believe in the systemic and solution-oriented approach. I am pragmatic and goal-oriented. Our successes are measurable. And it’s fun too 😉

BSO - Professional Association for Coaching, Supervision and Organizational Consulting
Characteristic for my pragmatic understanding of business coaching is the transdisciplinarity of theories, approaches and schools against the background of a consulting theory of intervention and action. The basis is the (systemic) attitude of resource orientation, appreciation and solution orientation and the confident handling of different approaches and fields of action. But for all the theories, it is one thing above all: two people walking part of their paths together. The first step is up to you – it’s simple.
