2 . Team and organizational consulting as well as, seminars, workshops and coaching etc. shall be based on the preparatory discussions held between the parties. Kirsten Weiskat GmbH assists the client(-system) as a process companion in managing and shaping decisions and changes. The actual learning and change work is done by the client (system). Success cannot be guaranteed. The scope of the assignment as well as the detailed objectives will be set out in a separate agreement. At the beginning of a mandate, Kirsten Weiskat GmbH clarifies the respective expectations of the development or change process or the consulting together with the client. The costs are specified in the separate agreement. Fees for consulting, coaching, training, seminars and workshops do not include accommodation and meals, unless otherwise stated. Kirsten Weiskat GmbH normally issues invoices at the end of the month or after the service has been rendered, payable within 10 days. Additional expenses will be invoiced. For out-of-town meetings, travel time will be charged at the agreed hourly rate. For train journeys a ticket (1st class) will be charged, for car journeys to the customer the additional costs are CHF.-80\/km (outward\/return journey). All-inclusive offers remain reserved. Cancellations of half-day, full-day or multi-day events such as workshops, seminars, lectures as well as other services are free of charge up to ten working days in advance. In this case, the preparatory work including expenses will be charged at the agreed daily and hourly rate. Coaching sessions\/consulting sessions: A fee-free cancellation of coaching or consulting session is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment, for Monday appointments until Friday 12:00. After that, the fee will be charged. The total amount will be charged even in case of no-show without notification. In case of cancellation on the part of Kirsten Weiskat GmbH, due to illness\/accident, in case of insufficient number of participants (especially in case of seminars), as well as in case of cancellations for which Kirsten Weiskat GmbH is not responsible and in case of cancellations due to force majeure, there is no claim for implementation. If possible, an alternative date will be offered.
